Bobbie Conklin

Bobbie Conklin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bobbie started their career at Bartlett Farmers Bank as a Loan Officer/Assistant Branch Manager, where they managed employees, approved loans, and supported the Branch Manager. After two years, Bobbie moved on to Alpha Associates, Incorporated, a West Virginia based architectural and engineering firm. Bobbie served as the Marketing Coordinator, researching project opportunities and managing multiple deadlines. Bobbie then advanced to the role of Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for networking, relationship building, and developing the firm's marketing strategy. Bobbie's final role at Alpha Associates was as a Business Development Manager and Associate, where they gained valuable insights into people's decision-making processes. Currently, Bobbie is working at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, initially joining as a Business Development Manager and later being promoted to the Director of Business Development. At Steptoe & Johnson, Bobbie works closely with the marketing team and attorneys, implementing business development strategies and fostering a client-centric approach to winning new business.

Bobbie Conklin pursued their education diligently, starting with a period between 1993 to 1995 when they attended Ohio Valley University. During this time, they earned an Associates degree in Business. Building upon this foundation, Bobbie then enrolled in Harding University from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelors degree in Business.
