StepUp Ministry
Steven Harper serves as the Veteran Outreach Specialist at StepUp Ministry since 2011 and as the Executive Director at Military Racquetball Federation since March 2008. Previously, Steven worked as a Supply Officer in the US Navy from 1991 to 2009. Steven holds an M.B.A. from Amber University and attended the Veterans Entrepreneurship Program at Oklahoma State University in 2010.
