Karen Duros has a diverse work experience starting as an Associate Attorney at Thompson & Mitchell, where they gained experience in acquisitions and mergers in the banking industry. Karen eventually moved on to Mallinckrodt, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel handling a broad range of legal matters. Karen'scareer progressed to roles such as Vice President at Tastemaker, leading to their current position as Sr. Vice President at Stereotaxis, Inc., where they advise the board of directors on business risks and compliance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, commercial law, and strategic alliances.
