Sergio Salas

Sergio Salas is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sterigenics since March 2007, Sergio has held various leadership roles including Director of Operations for Latin America and General Manager at the same company, which specializes in contract sterilization services using advanced technologies such as Ethylene Oxide, Gamma, and Electron Beam. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance at The ZiZo Group, Director of Engineering at H2O Technologies, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic-Minimed, and co-founding Fluorologic, LLC. Sergio holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Strategy from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
