Benito Rosas

Benito Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benito is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager at Sterilex since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Diversey as an Account Manager from October 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Off Shift Manager at Ventura Foods from May 2017 to October 2018.

In their tenure at WhiteWave Foods from March 2016 to May 2017, Benito served as a Production Leader and later took on the responsibility of Learning and Development/Vertical Start-Up Leader. Benito successfully led the start-up of 4 new lines and was involved in the implementation of the new Learning and Development Program. Benito also acted as a liaison between the plant, corporate, and vendors for all the start-up activities.

Prior to joining WhiteWave Foods, Benito worked at Kroger Manufacturing/Jackson Dairy. Benito held the positions of Quality Control/Assurance Manager from October 2010 to November 2012 and Production Supervisor from August 2008 to October 2010.

Throughout their career, Benito has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of management, including safety, quality, reliability, and training. Benito has also excelled in building relationships, coaching, and developing teams.

Benito Rosas received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University in 2008.
