David Agresti

Vice President, Operations at Sterilex

David Agresti has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles within the operations field. David began their career in 1983 with CPC International, where they served as a Chemical Processing Manager and later as a Manufacturing & Engineering Manager. David then moved on to Union Oil Co. of California, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 1987 to 1991.

Agresti joined Ashland in 1991 as an Operations Manager, overseeing multi-site operations for industrial chemicals and solvents. Following this, they worked for Intel Corporation/Digital Equipment/Ashland Inc as a Site Manager, responsible for the construction, start-up, and supervision of operating systems for a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

In 1997, Agresti joined Dryvit Systems, Inc. as a Director of Operations before transitioning to W.R. Grace in 1998. At W.R. Grace, they held several key positions, including Director of Manufacturing for Grace Specialty Building Materials, Director of Operations Worldwide for Grace Performance Chemicals/Darex, Global Vice President of Operations, and finally Vice President of Operations for W.R. Grace, Davison.

In 2015, Agresti joined Reichhold as the Director of Operations, and in 2017, they joined Sterilex as the Senior Director of Operations. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations for Sterilex.

Throughout their career, Agresti has demonstrated expertise in directing global operations, strategic planning, engineering, construction, and start-up of manufacturing sites. David has integrated acquisitions, supervised international call centers, facilitated capital expansions, and led the design and construction of new sites. David has also worked extensively in the production of specialty chemicals, building materials, coatings, sealants, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

David Agresti has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Finance from Providence College. David also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for the MIT Sloan Executive Program. In addition, they studied Logistics & Distribution Systems at Michigan State University, Statistical Process Control at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Process economics, process analysis, and process operations at Texas A&M University, and Operations & Engineering Research at the University of Nevada, Reno. However, no specific start or end years are provided for any of the educational experiences.
