Matthew Jurchak

Matthew Jurchak has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations, with a focus on senior leadership roles. Their most recent position is as Chief Financial Officer at Sterilex, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Operations at All Roads from November 2018 to June 2021. Matthew also held the position of Director of Finance at Knorr Brake Company from March 2015 to November 2018. Before that, they worked as a Business Controller at Volvo Construction Equipment from February 2011 to March 2015. At the start of their career, Matthew worked as a Finance Manager at McGladrey from June 2005 to February 2011.

Matthew Jurchak completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University between 2001 and 2004. Matthew further pursued their education at Loyola University Maryland, earning a Master of Science degree in Finance from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Maryland Department of Labor and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA.
