Heather May has over two decades of diverse experience across various industries, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at STERIS Instrument Management Services-EMEA since December 2017. Prior to this role, Heather May worked as a Territory Manager at IMS – Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. since May 2006. Additional experience includes teaching as a Second Grade Teacher at Henry County School System's Oakland Elementary School and serving as a Yoga Instructor at Birmingham Yoga LLC. Earlier in Heather May's career, positions included Branch Manager at Selective Employment and Sales Representative at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals. Heather May holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Jacksonville State University, earned between 1996 and 1998.

Following a combination with STERIS ( a global leader in infection prevention, contamination control, surgical and critical care technologies ) we have extended our offer to Customers to include : surgical instrument sterilisation and decontamination, endoscope sterilisation, device repairs ( rigid and flexible endoscopes ), stainless steel surgical instrument repair, SSD consumables and surgical instrument sales.
