Maurice J Roche MSc is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in leading quality initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Quality Manager EMEA at STERIS Instrument Management Services, Maurice oversees six medical device sites in Europe, successfully achieving ISO13485 certification and complying with MDR regulations. Previous roles include Quality Manager at STERIS Corporation, where substantial improvements in manufacturing quality were attained, and Head of Quality Improvement for the British Medical Association, where a strategic roadmap was developed. Maurice has also held significant positions at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and Procter & Gamble, where notable achievements included enhancing product quality, performing in-depth analyses, and receiving multiple awards for excellence in quality and safety management. Maurice holds a Master's degree in Control and Assurance of Quality from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Galway.

Following a combination with STERIS ( a global leader in infection prevention, contamination control, surgical and critical care technologies ) we have extended our offer to Customers to include : surgical instrument sterilisation and decontamination, endoscope sterilisation, device repairs ( rigid and flexible endoscopes ), stainless steel surgical instrument repair, SSD consumables and surgical instrument sales.
