Michelle Zirngible

Michelle Zirngible is a seasoned professional in operations and quality systems management with over three decades of experience in the sterilization and water analysis industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager II for STERIS Laboratories, Michelle has been with STERIS Isomedix Services since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the Minneapolis Ethylene Oxide contract sterilization facility and ensuring compliance with operational and customer service standards. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of MN Operations and Plant Manager at STERIS Isomedix Services, as well as Quality Systems/Regulatory Compliance Manager, where Michelle played a key role in establishing quality systems and maintaining ISO compliance. Earlier in Michelle's career, an Assistant Lab Manager position at EcoWater Systems involved setting up automated systems for water sample analysis. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
