Robert Hafner

Robert Hafner serves as the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for the West and Southwest Zones at STERIS Isomedix Services since January 2013, focusing on legal compliance and fostering an EHS culture to achieve zero injuries and environmental impacts across six facilities. Previously, Robert worked at Cardinal Health as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Advisor and was a Safety Manager at Rohm and Haas, where notable achievements included developing a safety system that earned CAL/OSHA's STAR Site rating and implementing various safety programs at automotive paint manufacturing facilities. Robert holds an MBA from Indiana University Northwest and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from the same institution.
