David Little

David Little serves as the Director of Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement at STERIS since April 2020, after holding several positions including Director of Lean and Senior Manager Lean. Prior experience includes roles at Mantaline Corporation from August 2013 to December 2019, where David led global continuous improvement, sustainability, and purchasing initiatives, implementing the company's Safety, Health and Environmental Management System across multiple sites and fostering a culture of sustainability and lean manufacturing. Prior to Mantaline, David was the Corporate Executive Chef at Club Corp., managing high-volume operations and mentoring a large team. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Positive Organization Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies/Economic Sustainability from Hiram College, and an Executive Education Program in Global Citizenship and Multi-Cultural Organization Development from Esade.
