Currently serving as a Group Leader at STERIS Corporation, Dayna previously held the position of Senior Scientist and Quality Analytics Supervisor at Sensient Technologies Corporation. Dayna's expertise includes the development and validation of analytical methods, technology transfer, and process optimization, demonstrated during their tenure at Novus International. Dayna earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Chemistry from Blackburn College.
