Cedric Charrier

Cedric Charrier is a Group Leader in Scientific Equipment Management and Strategic Research Operations at Nestlé, where they lead initiatives to optimize laboratory asset management and implement continuous improvement projects. With a dual expertise in scientific R&D and project management, Cedric previously held leadership roles at IHMA, Inc. as Laboratory and Scientific Director, and at Summit Therapeutics plc as Associate Director. Cedric's earlier experiences include serving as Team Leader at Redx Anti-Infectives, where they contributed to preclinical R&D of novel compounds, as well as developing antibacterial agents at NovaBiotics Ltd. They hold a PhD in Molecular Biology/Microbiology and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Aberdeen, alongside a BSc in Microbiology from The University of Edinburgh.
