Jen Clemente is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resource leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Dental and AST at STERIS since February 2004, Jen oversees HR functions for high-growth businesses generating over 1.5 billion dollars in revenue and supporting 5,000 associates. Prior roles at STERIS include Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for Procedural Solutions, where Jen provided strategic partnership to senior executives and led HR initiatives for organizations with significant employee populations. Jen's career includes positions at Alcoa Wheel and Forged Products as Sr. HR Generalist and GE Lighting as an HR Independent Contractor, as well as earlier experience as a recruiter at CRCG. Jen holds a BA in Sociology from The Ohio State University.
