Jennifer Hodges

Jennifer Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems, project management, and architecture. Currently serving as Manager of Business Systems Analysts at STERIS since June 2021, Jennifer has held various roles, including Lead and Senior Systems Analyst. Prior to STERIS, Jennifer worked as a Business Solutions Product Manager at Alpine Home Air for a brief period. Jennifer’s previous experience includes a range of positions at SolvCreative, Evan Terry Associates, LLC, and Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio, showcasing expertise in product ownership and project management. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University, advanced technical training in software development from TrueCoders, and an associate's degree in nursing from Shelton State Community College. Jennifer also participated in an exchange program focused on architecture and urban planning at Delft University of Technology.
