Kenneth Best, CPSM, has extensive experience in sourcing and engineering, holding the position of Sr. Sourcing Development Engineer at STERIS since July 2004, where leadership is provided for corporate commodity council activities regarding plastics and non-metallic fabrications with an annual spend of $20 million. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked for Honeywell Aerospace Inc. for 18 years, where responsibilities included serving as Commodity Manager, optimizing supplier performance and developing sourcing plans, as well as roles as Production Design Engineer, Manufacturing Liaison Engineer, and Advanced Technology Design Engineer, contributing to various high-visibility projects. Kenneth earned a B.S. in Design Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University from 1982 to 1985.
