Lauren Vella

Lauren Vella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Business Analysis at STERIS since January 2019, Lauren also held the position of Business Analyst Manager for the UK and US. Prior to this, Lauren was the Product Owner/Business Analyst for Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software Ltd, focusing on customer-driven features and team management. Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Gowling WLG UK, where responsibilities included enhancing compliance workflows, and at iPSL, specializing in banking and financial services operations. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with First Class Honours from De Montfort University.
