Maximilian Reichle

Maximilian Reichle is a Project Manager EMEA at STERIS, where since September 2021, various roles have included managing projects related to health, safety, security, and environmental validation, as well as lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Maximilian initiated a diverse range of projects during an internship at E.G.O-Group, focusing on operations and lean, including the planning of an assembly island and optimization of a Kanban system. Prior experience includes seasonal work in production and logistics at SEW-EURODRIVE. Maximilian holds a Master of Science in International Business with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in procurement and logistics from Pforzheim University. Additional educational experiences include studies in China Business and Cultural Studies at the University of International Business and Economics.
