Nate Kolander

Nate Kolander, MS, is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at STERIS since March 2021, previously holding the position of Principal Quality Engineer. Prior to STERIS, Nate worked at Integer Holdings Corporation as a Senior Supplier Quality Manager from August 2016 to January 2021. Earlier career experiences include a 14-year tenure at Honeywell Aerospace, where Nate advanced through roles such as Procurement Manager, Global Commodity Manager, Strategic Buyer, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Associate Process Engineer. Nate holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
