Sheari Rice

Sheari Rice has extensive experience in product regulatory cybersecurity, having served as the Director of Product Regulatory Cybersecurity at STERIS from February 2017 to January 2022. In this role, Sheari built and managed a Product Cybersecurity Program, developing policies and processes in compliance with cybersecurity laws and industry standards while advising internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations. Prior to this position, Sheari held roles as Senior Manager in Medical Device & Software Security and R&D. Academic credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy from Cleveland State University College of Law and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
