Valerie Mahovlic is an accomplished sales training professional with extensive experience in developing and managing training programs within the medical and sales industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Training at STERIS since August 2016, Valerie has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager of Sales Training and Global Sales Training Manager at US Endoscopy, where contributions included the creation of comprehensive training curricula, implementation of learning management systems, and effective coordination of global sales meetings. With an academic background in Biology from the University of Dayton, Valerie has also held various positions in sales training and consultancy at IDEXX Laboratories and STERIS Corporation, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing the skills and knowledge of sales teams to drive business growth.
