Martin Paalman

Martin Paalman is an experienced senior HR and organization advisor with a robust background in strategic business partnering, organizational development, and project management, primarily within the youth care sector. Currently serving as a Senior HR- en Organisatieadviseur at Veilig Thuis Midden-Brabant since January 2015, Martin has held a similar role at Sterk Huis since January 1997, where responsibilities include strategic policy development, managing collective dismissal requests, and implementing HR digitalization processes.
