Kelly Murphy

Kelly Murphy is an experienced business development and recruitment professional with a strong background in building partnerships and managing recruitment operations. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at The Sterling Group of Companies since January 2023, Kelly focuses on establishing long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and delivering quality payroll services nationwide. Previously, as Regional Manager at Ballycommon from October 2017 to January 2023, Kelly successfully opened and developed the North West office, catering to the construction and rail sectors. Earlier roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant at Linear Recruitment, where a trades and labour desk was built, and Recruitment Consultant at Spectrum, where new business was developed and candidates sourced for construction trades and labour sites.
