Previously, as Regional Manager at Ballycommon from October 2017 to January 2023, Kelly successfully opened and developed the North West office, catering to the construction and rail sectors. Earlier roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant at Linear Recruitment, where a trades and labour desk was built, and Recruitment Consultant at Spectrum, where new business was developed and candidates sourced for construction trades and labour sites.
