Rahul Ghumatkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data centers. RAHUL GHUMATKAR started their career in 2003 at Electroflow Technology Inc as a Sr. Executive-Projects. RAHUL GHUMATKAR then joined Emerson Network Power in 2004 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, where they handled project planning and execution.

In 2005, Rahul joined Kris Infra Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Project Manager for Data Center Projects. Here, they were responsible for handling enquiries and tender work, designing layouts, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

RAHUL GHUMATKAR joined Wipro Limited in 2006 as a Technical Consultant for Data Centre projects, where they assisted in pre-sales activities and achieved significant sales targets. RAHUL GHUMATKAR also handled project coordination, acceptance testing, and service delivery.

In 2011, Rahul worked as a Sr. Manager at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd., primarily handling government and enterprise bids.

In 2012, they joined Wipro as a Lead Consultant-Datacenter and successfully established the datacenter practice in the Middle East region. RAHUL GHUMATKAR achieved significant revenue of $6 Mn within three years by adopting a consultative sales approach and providing datacenter design solutions.

From 2016 to 2018, Rahul worked at Huawei Tech UAE as a Sr. Data Center Engineer and Technical Director. RAHUL GHUMATKAR handled telecom projects worth millions to billions of dollars, focusing on Tier-III Architecture and complex datacenter designs.

Currently, Rahul works at Sterling and Wilson as the Head of Data Center Business-Middle East since December 2018.

Rahul Ghumatkar ATD ATS CDCE pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Diploma in Electrical Power Systems (EPS) from Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s (V.P.M.’s) Polytechnic between 1997 and 2000. RAHUL GHUMATKAR then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical from Annasaheb Chudaman Patil (A.C.P.) College of Engineering from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Additionally, Rahul has acquired several certifications throughout their career, including Accredited Tier Designer and Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) from Uptime Institute in 2015, Certified Data Centre Expert from EPI Singapore in 2014, BICSI DCDC-125 Training Completion from BICSI, and Axis Camera Station Training certification as well as Network Video Fundamentals Training certification from Axis Communications in 2013. RAHUL GHUMATKAR also holds a Security System Installer – CCTV System certification from Dubai Police Academy, UAE in 2012 and an APC Registered Member certification from APC by Schneider Electric in the same year. Rahul further gained expertise through CLIP (Customer Leadership Interface Program) in 2008 and LEAP (Learn Excel Accelerate Perform) towards Effective People Management in 2007.
