Rajeev Roy

Rajeev Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Rajeev started their career as an Audit Assistant at C. R. Sagdeo & Co, where they gained experience in auditing and tax-related work. Rajeev then worked as a Branch Finance & Commercial Head at Voltas Limited, responsible for financial operations and representing the company in legal matters. Rajeev later became the Zonal F&C Head and Head Commercial at Voltas Limited, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Rajeev also worked as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Tata Africa Holdings Kenya Limited, implementing financial policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with IFRS. Their most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at STC POWER S.r.l., where they hold overall responsibility for financial management.

Rajeev Roy completed their education from Rajendra Vidyalaya, where they obtained Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE) certification. Rajeev then attended Dhanwate National College and completed their 10+2 in Commerce. Rajeev went on to study at G. S. College of Commerce & Economics, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. Rajeev also pursued further education at Nagpur University and obtained a Master of Commerce (M.com) degree. Additionally, Rajeev acquired professional certifications from ICAI in Accounting Technician and from ICSI in CS INTER (GR1) for Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary, respectively.
