Sharanbasappa has extensive experience in the design and engineering of solar and thermal power projects. Currently serving as Deputy Manager-Design & Engineering at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy since April 2018, Sharanbasappa previously held positions as Sr. PV Design Engineer at InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Electrical Design Engineer at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited. Earlier in the career, experience includes design support and electrical drafting at ABB and a role as ATS Trainee and Draftsman at Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. Sharanbasappa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BMS Evening College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Polytechnic Gulbarga.
