Brooke Duplantis

Brooke Duplantis currently serves as the Recruiting Manager at Sterling Automotive Group, where responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to address staffing needs, managing over 25 open requirements across 15 locations, optimizing hiring practices, and enhancing candidate experience. Previously, Brooke held various roles at Starbucks from April 2010 to July 2022, culminating as a Store Manager, where oversight of a team of more than 25 involved full-cycle recruiting, employee relations management, and achieving a turnover rate significantly below company targets. Brooke's leadership was recognized through the Manager of the Quarter award in 2021 and experience as a Store Manager Trainer for new managers. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, completed in 2021.
