Dermot Kenny

Dermot Kenny is an experienced Chief Operating Engineer currently serving in dual roles at Sterling Bay and JLL since July 2022. With a robust career spanning several years in the engineering field, Dermot held similar positions at Able Services from May 2020 to July 2022, Group Fox Management from February 2017 to May 2020, and Village Green from February 2013 to February 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure at Metropolitan Properties, Inc. from February 2005 to 2013 and a role as Chief Engineer at The Hill Group from March 1997 to January 2000. Dermot Kenny is an alumnus of Triton College.
