Sterling Bay
Steve is the asset manager for some of Sterling Bay’s most notable projects including the 1.6 million SF office campus at 600 W Chicago, the 500,000 SF ground-up office development in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami and the 120,000 SF life sciences research facility located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2018, Steve was an asset manager at Pinecrest, Davis Street Properties and Mesirow Realty Sale-Leaseback group. Steve earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and a Master of Management in Finance from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
