Heather Nadler

Heather Nadler is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sterling Brokers since February 2022. Prior to this, Heather held various leadership positions in HR and consulting at companies such as The Benefit Source, EmployeeSMART Consulting Group, and MDS Inc. Heather has a strong background in talent acquisition, mobility, and behavioral assessments, with experience working with a variety of clients from industries such as banking, transportation, aviation, and financial services. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from Carleton University and has obtained several certifications in talent analysis, lean six sigma, sales management, and leader coaching.
