Ciaran McHugh

Ciaran Mchugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and sales engagement across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sales Engagement Advisor at Soundpays and as Director of Business Development at both PLATFORM Insurance Management Inc. and iA Private Wealth, Ciaran also founded CD Capital Partners in April 2024. Previously, Ciaran held positions including Director of Business Development and BDR Manager at Sterling Capital Brokers Ltd., and Account Development Manager at Dialogue, where emphasis was placed on enhancing access to healthcare services for employees. Additional experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at ContactMonkey and a Commercial Finance Analyst position at AIB, where financial strategies were developed for clients. Ciaran’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Technological University Dublin and a Leaving Cert from Terenure College.
