Todd Williams has a diverse work experience in the investment management sector, spanning several roles and companies. Todd started their career at Bank of New York Mellon as an Analyst, where they handled projects related to reconciliation applications and data conversion. Todd then moved to TIAA-CREF, where they served as a Senior Analyst and led projects involving the consolidation of fixed income portfolios and integration with middle and back office systems. Todd further expanded their expertise at Nuveen as a Sr. Business Analyst, focusing on the implementation of Markit EDM (Cadis) and data integration from various vendors. Todd also worked at Wells Fargo Asset Management as a Business Systems Consultant, leading the integration of a quantitative trading firm and developing a platform for quantitative research. Todd subsequently held consultancy roles at CUNA Mutual Group, RA Capital Management, L.P., ORIX Corporation USA, and Western Asset Management, taking on various responsibilities such as implementation consulting and creating documentation and workflows for EDM systems. Most recently, Todd joined Sterling Capital Management LLC as an Associate Director, responsible for investment management systems administration.

Todd Williams received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Todd attended the university from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Todd holds the SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake, which they obtained in September 2020.
