Tiffany Schaar

Tiffany Schaar has over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of organizational development, strategic human resources, and agency operations. In 2003, they began their career as the Vice President of Ops and Employee Development at Sterling Communications. In 2011, they started their own business, Bryant Coaching & Consulting, as a Professional & Personal Growth Coach. In 2013, they became a Consultant at Red Thread Creative Group. Prior to that, they held the roles of Sales/Marketing Project Administrator and Human Resources Project Administrator at ProTrades Connection from 2001-2003.

Tiffany Schaar earned a BA in Speech Communication from San Francisco State University, as well as a Certificate in Core Strengths Coaching from the same institution. Tiffany also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
