Craig Hatherly

Craig Hatherly has a wealth of experience in the field of tax and finance. Craig most recently served as the Director of Tax at Sterling Construction Company, Inc. since April 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at UHY Advisors from July 2012 to April 2014. Craig also held the positions of Assistant Treasurer & Tax Director at T-3 Energy Services from October 2009 to June 2011 and Director, Domestic Tax at Cameron International from October 2008 to October 2009.

Before joining Cameron International, Craig was the Tax Director at BJ Services from April 2004 to October 2008. Their career in tax management began at Reliant Energy, where they served as a Tax Manager from October 1998 to March 2004. Prior to that, they worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Tax Manager from January 1993 to September 1998.

Craig's early experience includes working as an Accountant at Electronic Data Systems from December 1988 to September 1992. With over 30 years of experience in tax and finance, Craig Hatherly has established a strong expertise in their field.

Craig Hatherly obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Craig furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) degree from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1993.
