Jennifer Shade

Jennifer Shade has over 15 years of experience in customer service, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Sterling Distribution since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Glatfelter from June 2004 to October 2011, where Jennifer held positions as Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative I and II. Jennifer Shade earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Wright State University between 1995 and 1999.
