Ally Boushley

Ally Boushley has extensive work experience in recruitment and account management. Ally is currently working as an Engineering Recruiter at Sterling Engineering, where they recruit candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Prior to their current role, Ally worked as a Recruiting Manager at Brilliant® from April 2021 to February 2022. Ally also served as a Senior Recruiter & Account Manager at The Salem Group from April 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Addison Group from May 2016 to April 2019 and as an IT Recruiter at MAKE Corporation from August 2015 to May 2016.
