Ric Delgado has held several roles in the field of technical recruitment. Ric started their career at Signature Consultants in 2012 as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for IT consulting and permanent assignments. This included creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and extending job offers. During their time at Signature Consultants, they also engaged with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for roles and set expectations for the recruitment process.
In 2017, Delgado joined Robert Half Technology as a Staffing Executive in the SPS Division. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing a team of IT professionals to assist clients with their critical IT system project needs. Ric provided consultative strategies for recruiting top talent in IT and business development.
Later in 2017, Delgado moved to Sterling Engineering as a Lead Technical Recruiter. Here, they focused on creating solutions for clients' business challenges while advancing employees' career objectives.
