Bryan Reichert

Bryan Reichert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bryan is currently working as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Yubico, where they play a key role in providing superior security and ease-of-use through their core invention, the YubiKey.

Prior to their current role, Bryan worked at Bright Machines as a Principal Recruiter, responsible for recruiting in various areas such as engineering, data science, UI/UX, and sales. Bryan also served as a Senior Recruiter at the same company, where they contributed to building out teams in different locations and departments.

Before joining Bright Machines, Bryan founded and worked as a Principal Recruiting Consultant at It's Your Search, LLC. Bryan provided services like full life cycle recruiting, direct placement, and sourcing, supporting companies such as WorkBoard, Docusign, and Freshly.
