Sabrina Herrera

Sabrina Herrera began their work experience in 2004 as a Receptionist/Loan Processor at A All Financial Services. Sabrina then joined Act-1 in 2007, where they worked as an Office Coordinator and later became a Recruiter/Staffing Manager. In 2010, Sabrina joined CRSGroup as a Staffing Specialist and eventually became a Professional Team Lead/Recruiter. Sabrina worked there until 2022 when Epitec acquired CRSGroup, and they became a Lead Recruiter. Currently, Sabrina is a Technical Recruiter at Sterling Engineering, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Ziprecruiter. Sabrina has also provided training and guidance to hiring managers and candidates and has been involved in the selection and onboarding processes.

Sabrina Herrera enrolled at Western Illinois University in 2019 and is expected to finish their Bachelor of Business in Management degree in 2023.
