Charley Bailey

Charley Bailey is an experienced maintenance technician and project manager currently working at Sterling Foods since September 2020, focusing on new projects and plant repairs. With a strong background in fabrication since June 2010 at Bailey Fabrication, Charley is recognized as a master at project completion. Previously, Charley worked as a millwright for Signal Peak Silica LLC from December 2019 to September 2020 and for PQ Corporation from March 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included repairing various industrial equipment in high-safety environments. Charley holds a degree in Welding Technology from Victor Valley College, completed in April 2002.
