Eric Newman

Eric Newman has extensive experience in quality assurance, food safety, and quality control spanning over three decades. Since 2007, Eric has served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Sterling Foods, overseeing key functions such as HACCP coordination, food safety initiatives, customer complaint management, and quality system management as an SQF Practitioner. Earlier experience includes quality control roles at Bridgestone Metalpha and Tecumseh Products Company, where Eric developed skills in safety inspection, analytical testing, and ISO 9000 program development. Eric's career began in management at Ye Olde Mill Inn, focusing on kitchen supervision and sanitation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Graphic Design from Murray State University.
