Brian Valenta

Brian Valenta has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Strategic Outreach Recruiter for the United States Marshals Service since June 2024. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at USAA from January 2022 to May 2024. Brian began their career in the Air Force Recruiting Service as a Command Inspection Manager from December 2016 to January 2022, following a comprehensive tenure with the United States Air Force from January 2001 to December 2016, where Brian held various positions including Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiter, and Cyber Transport Systems specialist. Additionally, Brian holds educational credentials from the Community College of the Air Force, earned between 2011 and 2014.
