Ashley Tyeryar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Sterling Group since June 2022, where they are responsible for managing IT projects and troubleshooting software issues. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Project Manager at the same company from September 2018 to July 2022. In this role, they developed custom reports, researched new tools, and ensured data and tools were functioning correctly.

Before joining Sterling Group, Ashley worked as a Technical Analyst at Modis in 2018. Their responsibilities involved contract work for Zimmer Biomet, focusing on FDA audit compliance and suggesting improvements to engineering processes. In 2017, they served as Deputy Project Lead at Mission Services Inc. (MSI), where they provided strategic assessment support and assisted with project management office reorganization.

Ashley also has experience as a Deputy Project Manager at Centeva from 2015 to 2017, where they managed a team and ensured the smooth operation of an enterprise Federal Acquisition Management System. Ashley served as a business analyst for high priority initiatives during this time. Additionally, they worked as a Documentation Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2014 to 2015, receiving recognition for their teamwork and analytical skills.

Ashley's early work experience includes a role as a Paralegal at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes from 2010 to 2014. In this position, they maintained calendars, drafted legal documents, and assisted with various legal cases.

Ashley Tyeryar earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from Juniata College between the years 2005 and 2009. Ashley then went on to pursue a Master's of Science degree in Integrated Homeland Security Management with a focus on Security Policy from Towson University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. During their time at Towson University, Ashley also obtained a Graduate Certificate of Security Assessment and Management in December 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Ashley obtained a FEMA Public/Private Partnerships certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in April 2015.
