Courtney Swank

Courtney Swank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Marketing & Management Resource Specialist with The Sterling Group since March 2011, Courtney assists the corporate Marketing and Training Department through various administrative and design roles, including the creation of community collateral. Prior experience includes the role of Lease-Up Manager for Waverly Station at the Highlands/The Sterling Group, where Courtney contributed to the initial setup of a luxury community, and the position of Senior Management Resource Specialist with The Sterling Group, which involved various property administrative and marketing tasks.
