Laurel Jones

Laurel Jones is a seasoned professional in the construction and business management sectors, currently serving as a Small Business Owner at Husky Way Storage LLC since January 2024, where a new 63,000 sq. ft. storage facility was developed. With a long tenure as Project Manager at Sterling Industrial, LLC since June 2006, Laurel has navigated various roles following the company’s acquisition by Skanska and subsequent integration into the Traylor Industrial Group. Previously, Laurel co-owned Bounce to the Top LLC until July 2023, overseeing daily operations as a successful small business. Early career experience includes roles as a Field Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies and as an Estimating Intern at Damage Control Inc. Laurel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and also studied at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
