Meg Wilson

Meg joined Sterling in April 2021 as Chief Product Officer. She has over 16 years of experience within the human capital software industry, working with large global clients to improve their candidate, client, and internal stakeholder experience. Meg started her career focused on recruiting where she discovered her passion for finding the right person for the right job, to not only benefit the individual but the overall organization. Throughout her career, Meg has brought new products and features to market to provide a simplified sophisticated experience to the human capital domain.

Prior to Sterling, Meg served as VP of Product for SAP Successfactors for over 10 years, focused on building innovative and marketing leading products. In addition, she previously held lead roles at Kronos, Inc., Deploy Solutions, and Authoria managing large scale global implementations of HCM solutions.

Meg Earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Rhode Island.
