Steve Karl

Steve joined Sterling in February 2021 as Chief Fulfillment Officer, and is responsible for fulfillment and operations globally.

Previously, Steve held roles at TD Bank, where he was Senior Vice President and Head of Business Transformation, and Chase, as Managing Director, Customer Advocacy and Process Improvement in the US Mortgage business. Steve was also Global Head of Customer and Data Operations for Dun & Bradstreet and Global Head of Technology Operations during a 20 year career with American Express.

Steve is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a BS, Accounting and has continued to support the school on a volunteer basis, recently completing 10 years as a member of the President’s Advisory Council for the Stillman School of Business.
