Paulo DE BARROS has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paulo currently works as a Client Solutions Director at Sterling Lexicon since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer at O.Sport Singapore starting from June 2019. Before that, they were a Business Development Manager at AGS Worldwide Movers from March 2017 to November 2018. In 2016, they were actively looking for a new opportunity in account management and business development. Paulo has extensive experience in the international mobility industry and has managed B2B and B2C sales. Paulo also has a long tenure at Santa Fe Relocation Services, where they held various roles including Senior Business Development Manager, Sales Representative, and Sales and Pricing Executive. Paulo excelled in managing senior client relationships, growing and retaining a portfolio of global clients, and designing and implementing solutions for their needs. Paulo has experience in team management, sales support, pricing, and negotiation.

Paulo DE BARROS attended IPAG Business School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Commerce. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2019, Paulo became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) through the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). Paulo also received CPR/AED/First Aid for Sport Coach certification from the Singapore Red Cross in February 2019. In the same year, they obtained a Personal Trainer Certification (PTC) from IPCTI. More recently, in May 2020, Paulo completed the TRX Suspension Training Course Virtual (STC) offered by TRX Training. Paulo also holds a certification as a Fitness Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition, which they obtained in April 2020.
