Stephen Keating

Stephen Keating is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sterling Medical Devices since October 2021, Stephen previously held the position of Director of R&D and Engineering at Mirion Technologies (Capintec), where responsibility included managing teams across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering for nuclear medicine products. Prior roles include Hardware Engineering Manager at L3 Mobile-Vision, focusing on law enforcement video systems, and Sr. Director of R&D at Pentax Medical Company, overseeing all aspects of medical device design and development. Stephen began their career as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Kay Elemetrics, leading product development efforts in the ENT and Speech categories.
